Call for Anthology Submissions

Gryphonwood is accepting submissions for a new anthology: You Don't Know What You've Got: Tales of Loss and Dispossession. As the title indicates, the theme is centered around the subject of loss. Stories can be any genre, but must have an element of the fantastic. It can be a loss of any kind- don't limit yourself to lost love. This anthology replaces the old Best of... anthology, and will also include stories from current Gryphonwood novelists'

Submissions should be at least 5,000 words. Deadline is August 31, 2008. Contributors whose stories are chosen will receive their choice of a contributor copy or a $10 payment. Submit your story in standard manuscript format as an attachment (.doc or .rtf) to submissions [at] gryphonwoodpress.com . Questions may be directed to info [at] gryphonwoodpress.com. Are you accepting strictly prose, or can comic pieces be considered as well?
